Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if you should expect any delays, we will reach out to let you know.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

​

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

​

Shop Chef Feker cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes. All Items must be shipped to a physical address. 

​

We ship most items to APO/FPO/DPO destinations for our normal flat shipping rate of only $4.95. APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are used for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.

​

• These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date.

• The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.

• ​

Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Damages

​

Shop Chef Feker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
